Our wills start from $440 for a simple will for one, or $770 for two.
Can you write your own Will without using a lawyer?
There is no requirement to use a lawyer to make a Will, but if the Will is drafted or signed incorrectly, or written in a way that is ambiguous, there is a risk that the Will will be invalid, or cause estate litigation. This may result in your estate incurring tens of thousands of dollars in unnecessary legal costs, as well as delaying the grant of probate and administration of the estate (in some cases for many years!).
What type of lawyer is best to make a Will?

Does the cost of your Wills include the appointment to sign the Will?
Yes. Once your Will is in final form we will make an appointment for you to attend our office to execute the Will at no additional cost.

Can I speak with you about my Will?
Yes. If you don’t wish to complete the form on our website you can contact us to make an appointment to discuss your Will in person or over the phone.
Can I sign my Will at home?
Yes you can, but it is important that the Will is executed correctly to make sure it is valid. This requires the Will to be signed by the Will maker in the presence of two witnesses, who then sign then Will in the presence of the Will maker. To avoid any gifts in the Will being invalidated the witnesses must not be beneficiaries named in the Will. We can attend your home to witness your Will to ensure that it is correctly signed and witnessed.
Can your office retain the original Will?
Yes. After signing we recommend that the original Will be held in our safe custody facility to ensure that it is not lost or damaged. There is no charge for this service.
